1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour or experience with GuatapéTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the quoted price will be honored.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour: 50% refund.

No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in the activities involved in your chosen tour, including climbing stairs at El Peñol (740 steps).

You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.

You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.

5. Liability

GuatapéTrip acts as a facilitator of experiences. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and enjoyment, participation in our tours is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour, except where caused by our gross negligence.

6. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
